Stuffed Baked Pears

I made the MOST delicious dessert tonight
(thats actually crumbled cookie in the middle of the pears
some home made chocolate sauce
and duh! every good cook- cooks with wine...
The final result... not as pretty as youd hope but ice cream... crumbled cookie, baked pear and chocolate sauce with a sugar wine sauce... is REALLY tastey. Everynoe needs a taste!
